Show Notes

If you’ve been following me for a while, you know how much I’ve talked about my struggles with my weight. I’m the person who gains weight in the even years and then loses it in the odd years. After spending all year getting snatched I end up putting back on all the weight. YoYo dieting and body image has been a recurring theme in my life for as long as I can remember, but today I’m unlearning what being overweight looks like with this week's guest.

Tiffany Ima uses her platform to focus on Body Confidence; a space she created after a long battle with an eating disorder. Tiffany inspires black women to love the body they’re in and focus on a more holistic approach to wellness.

In today’s episode with Tiffany, we talk about reshaping what it really means to be FAT.  Happy listening!
